What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: your name, company, email address, phone number, collection postcode, destination, and the details of the goods you want to ship.

The quote form on this site does not store anything. It opens your own email app with your request written out, and nothing reaches us until you press send.

Why we use it

• To prepare and send you a quote.
• To book, collect, clear through customs and deliver your shipment if you go ahead.
• To keep the records UK law requires for shipping and customs.

We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to move your cargo: airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, partner agents at the destination, and customs authorities and agents.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Shipping and customs records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email us at the address above. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
